GeoFly drone pilot on a construction survey site

Our Story

Built by Surveyors, for the Industry

GeoFly was founded by a team of licensed surveyors and drone pilots who saw a gap in the market for genuinely accurate, fast, and professionally delivered aerial data services.

Our Story

Why We Started GeoFly

GeoFly was born out of frustration. Our founders spent years working on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, relying on traditional survey methods that were slow, expensive, and often inaccurate. When drone technology matured enough to deliver survey-grade results, we knew it was time to build something better.

Founded in Birmingham in 2018, we set out to combine the rigour of professional land surveying with the speed and flexibility of modern drone operations. Today, GeoFly is one of the UK's most trusted aerial data providers — working with contractors, engineers, architects, and asset managers across the country.

We're CAA-certified, fully insured, and obsessive about data quality. Every survey we deliver meets or exceeds the accuracy standards our clients need to make confident decisions on site.
